You'll join a small team building the **core Lindy Assistant experience**—a full-stack TypeScript app powered by React and Node. You'll own features end-to-end from scoping to production, collaborating closely with the founder, PMs, and designers. You'll own **high-impact projects end-to-end** in a fast-moving environment building the **AI assistant** for everyone. You'll work across the full stack on a **small, autonomous team** shipping multiple times a day.

You'll craft and refine the core Lindy Assistant experience in iMessage, working directly with the founder and engineering team. You'll lead **user research** and **usability testing** to iterate on designs until they sing. You'll define the **visual language** from micro-interactions to end-to-end design.

You'll build **scalable data infrastructure** and deliver **actionable business insights** at a high-growth startup. You'll own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from ETL pipelines to strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

You'll own and optimize **the product-led growth funnel** at an **AI assistant startup**, driving acquisition, activation, and retention. You'll design experiments, analyze user behavior, and partner with engineering to ship growth features. This role offers **high autonomy** and direct collaboration with leadership.

You'll write and ship production code across the full stack — TypeScript/React/Node on the frontend, Python on the backend. As part of Lindy's engineering team, you'll collaborate directly on features that real people use every day to manage email, meetings, and calendars. This isn't a shadow role; you'll be treated like a **junior engineer** from day one, with direct mentorship and real ownership.
