Your work ensures customers' success and drives **product improvements** based on real-world feedback. You'll also develop **internal tools** and documentation to automate workflows.

You'll join Metronome's engineering team to provide **world-class customer service** for our **usage-based billing platform**. You'll diagnose issues and build tools to improve the support experience for customers like OpenAI and NVIDIA.
