Synphony

You'll **own electrical systems from concept through deployment** for autonomous strawberry harvesting robots. You'll design robust systems for harsh outdoor environments and see your work in the field within months. This role offers **outsized influence on a YC-backed robotics startup**.

You'll work on **robots and software for farming** as part of a small, fast-moving team. Your core impact will be owning features end-to-end, from spec to deployment. You'll be expected to **adapt quickly** and use AI tools to ship production-quality code.

You'll define and own the brand for a **physical AI** company transforming agriculture. Your work will position Synphony as the thought leader in this space. You'll ship across film, design, web, and narrative to **empower humans through robotics**.
