You'll own end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market roles (Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Success, etc.) at a fast-growing AI startup backed by Sequoia Capital. Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver a world-class candidate experience. Work directly with the CEO as one of the first permanent TA hires in a high-growth environment.

You will redesign the seller experience, reducing a 20-day manual signature process to a seamless 5-click journey, while supercharging the sales team's productivity through automation and building real-time dashboards for key metrics. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Sales, and Growth.

You will develop and deploy robust APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js, and build intuitive frontend applications with React and Next.js. You'll own the full lifecycle of features, from ideation to deployment and monitoring, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Leveraging LLM-based workflows and AI-driven functionalities, you'll help build an AI autopilot for home sales.

You will source top-performing real estate agents, onboard and train them, and manage ongoing relationships. Your work is critical to building Zefir's marketplace of local agents who handle property visits, pricing, and closings for home sellers.

You will build and optimize the revenue engine for Zefir's AI-powered home sales platform, leveraging automation, CRM, and AI tools to drive activation, nurture, and re-engagement of B2C clients. Your work directly impacts rapid scale and revenue efficiency.

You will develop and deploy robust APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js, build intuitive frontend applications with React.js and Next.js, and own the full lifecycle of features from ideation to deployment. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leverage LLM-based workflows to solve meaningful problems for European homeowners.

You will hire and grow a high-performing engineering team, set the technical vision, and drive execution to scale our AI-powered home sales platform. You'll take full ownership of features and coach engineers while working in a fast-paced, impactful environment.
