You'll own **Flycar**, the restaurant payments terminal used by thousands of restaurants. You'll build **reliable software** that servers and managers depend on during every service, where downtime means a dining room that can't close checks. This is a **Next.js/TypeScript monorepo** powering payments, loyalty, and restaurant ops.

You'll coordinate **on-site installations** and **train restaurant staff** on Blackbird's loyalty platform in the Hamptons. Your work ensures a smooth go-live and ongoing adoption for partners.

You'll define and scale Blackbird's brand identity across consumer touchpoints. You'll shape brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling to **forge emotional connections** between restaurants and diners. This hybrid role combines brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling.

You'll join the **CEO's direct team** to build financial models and scenario plans that shape **growth and unit economics** at a restaurant tech startup. You will translate complex analysis into **investor-ready narratives**.

You'll craft compelling copy that tells **the Blackbird story** across consumer surfaces, from ghostwriting CEO communications to in-app messaging. You'll own **"The Supersonic" Substack** and manage all consumer-facing emails, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
