Nory

You'll join the Insights squad building **Nory's scheduling and forecasting engine** for restaurants. Your core impact is turning **raw restaurant data into real-time insight** that operators rely on. You'll own problems end to end, from discovery to production, in a tight loop with real customers.

You'll design end-to-end experiences for **Nory**, an AI-powered restaurant management system. Your work will directly improve how restaurants operate, from cost control to team performance. You'll join a small, senior design team where you help define what to build, not just how it looks.

You'll **rebuild the mobile app from scratch** for a restaurant management platform, owning the architecture, migration, and launch. You'll **ensure reliability in challenging conditions** like poor connectivity and low-spec devices. This role offers **end-to-end ownership** and the chance to shape a platform for the engineering team.

You'll partner with leaders across the organization as a **cultural and operational anchor** during post-Series B scaling. You'll drive **AI-enabled performance reviews** and **total rewards strategy** while overseeing the employee lifecycle. This role reports to the VP People & Talent and lasts from June 2026 to mid-January 2027.

You'll tackle **the most complex and ambiguous problems** across Nory's restaurant management platform, blending real-time data with AI. Your core impact: shaping technical direction and enabling teams to move faster. You'll also **drive cross-team alignment** on initiatives that cut across squads.

You'll lead **customer onboarding** for Nory's US expansion, managing the full journey from pre-sales to rollout. You'll drive **successful product adoption** for Mid-market & SMB restaurant clients. Help build the foundations of a **world-class CS function** in hospitality tech.

You'll join a cross-functional team owning **critical Workforce Management features** for a **restaurant AI platform**. You'll **design, build, and ship** across the full stack to solve real customer problems. Collaborate closely with designers, customer success, and leadership.
