You'll assist in managing SaaS delivery projects for a **global leader in secure payment solutions**, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive **medium-risk projects from initiation to service handover**.

You'll act as the **primary technical advisor** in the sales cycle, guiding enterprise opportunities from discovery to close. You'll lead **solution design and demonstrations** to align complex technical capabilities with business value. This role is critical to driving **high-quality pipeline progression** and ensuring accurate, scalable solution architectures.

You'll **deploy Sycurio solutions** for customers, working with project managers and technical architects. Your work ensures successful delivery and provides **3rd-line support** for existing customers, becoming a **product subject matter expert**.

You'll identify and engage **technology and channel partners** in the US and UK markets, building **top-of-funnel pipelines** for the Partnerships team. This role is critical to expanding Sycurio's partner network in the secure payments ecosystem.

You'll lead the evolution of our global support function into a **proactive reliability capability** as we transition to a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You'll own **end-to-end platform operational integrity**, ensuring availability, performance, and customer trust. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams while governing a strategic managed service provider.
