You'll **build the demo platform** for ASAPP's CXP and GenerativeAgent, enabling Solution Engineers to win deals. You will own reusable scaffolding and prototype integrations, then **set the AI-coding standard** using Claude Code and MCP servers. This role blends deep technical work with customer-facing impact in a high-growth startup.

You'll design and evolve the prototypes, sandboxes, and integrations that bring **CXP and GenerativeAgent** to life for prospects. Most of your time goes to advanced configuration of our Customer Experience Platform and **full-stack code** that makes demos compelling. You'll lean heavily on **AI-assisted development** with Claude Code, the Anthropic API, MCP servers, and tool-use patterns.

You'll lead **architectural discovery and design workshops** with prospect CTOs and engineering leaders, translating outcomes into **reference architectures** for ASAPP's Agentic AI platform. Your core impact is deepening credibility on enterprise opportunities and designing implementation roadmaps that close complex deals. This principal-level role combines workshop facilitation with hands-on prototyping using **SIP, WebSocket, and cloud integrations**.

You'll lead ASAPP's **internal IT function**, owning identity, endpoint management, SaaS and AI platform administration, and security compliance. You'll drive **automation and tooling improvements** to reduce toil across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to **shape the IT strategy** at a high-growth AI startup with a globally distributed team.

You'll partner with Account Directors to **evangelize and sell** the ASAPP platform to enterprise customers. You'll lead **discovery sessions and product demonstrations** that address technical and business challenges. This role lets you shape how AI transforms customer experience at scale.

You'll lead the design and delivery of **end-to-end voice AI solutions** for **mission-critical enterprise applications**. You'll build low-latency conversational voice systems combining LLMs with speech technologies. This hybrid role requires deep expertise in foundational models and enterprise AI.

You'll conduct hands-on research in **Conversational AI** and **machine learning** to build real-world solutions. Your work will leverage massive product data to drive impactful innovations at a **high-growth startup**.
