You'll build Findigs' growth engine from scratch, owning **performance marketing** across Google Search, LinkedIn, and Meta. Your core impact will be generating **pipeline and revenue** through paid channels, SEO, and lead scoring systems. This is a **founding growth role** with no existing programs or playbooks.

You'll lead the design and development of **end-to-end web applications** for a **rental-tech platform**. You'll own durable systems, enable event orchestration, and mentor other engineers to **scale the property management industry**.

You'll own **product marketing** for Findigs' rental platform, translating complex screening workflows into compelling narratives for property managers and renters. Your work will drive **go-to-market strategy** and **sales enablement**, directly impacting how we win in a high-growth market. This role offers high visibility and ownership in a mission-driven, AI-augmented environment.

You'll lead **end-to-end product features** for a **rental technology platform**, working with a cross-disciplinary team to make renting fairer and more efficient. You'll own features from concept to deployment, mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence.
