You'll **contribute to empowering business teams** by building robust, reusable tools like **AI agents, dashboards, and pipelines**. You'll support consumer test analyses and help **product recommendation insights** become self-service.

You'll own the full content lifecycle—strategy, production, and performance—across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest for **Prose's personalized beauty brand**. You'll concept, shoot, and edit short-form content, using data and cultural insight to drive engagement and conversion. This role offers **creative ownership** and the chance to shape brand voice across multiple platforms.

You'll oversee a team of lab techs ensuring all manufactured products meet **quality standards** in a fast-paced custom beauty manufacturing environment. Your core impact is spearheading **microbiology lab operations** and driving **continuous improvement** in quality processes. This role combines hands-on lab work with team leadership at a certified B Corporation.

You'll support day-to-day execution and performance management across **Meta** and **AppLovin**, our two largest paid acquisition channels. You'll analyze campaign data, assist with creative testing, and contribute to **efficient customer acquisition** for haircare and skincare. This role offers hands-on exposure to both paid social and programmatic channels.
