You'll work across both our **React Native event discovery app** and **React web tools** that power IRL creator businesses, acting as the seam between Product, Design, and Engineering. You'll own delight as a deliverable, **blurring the lines between design and production code** to bring magical moments to core user flows. This role marries design and coding skills to empower every new product iteration with a design-first orientation.

You'll help Posh build awareness on your campus and connect with students who shape campus culture. This role is perfect for a student who is social, proactive, and excited about **events**, **community**, and **startups**. You'll gain hands-on startup experience while bringing people together.

You'll partner with CEO and engineering to shape the roadmap and own execution of **scalable infrastructure** for a rapidly growing events platform. Your core impact is enabling **best-in-class reliability and developer experience** as the platform scales to millions of users. This role stands out for its deep technical ownership and direct report to the CEO.
