You'll own the full recruiting process end-to-end at a leading active lifestyle media company. Your core impact is finding and closing top talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building. You'll lead **security program strategy** and **policy governance** for Outside, the premier hub for active lifestyle enthusiasts. You'll drive **AI security enablement** and maturity across the organization.

You'll own **paid user acquisition** across Outside's portfolio of iconic outdoor apps (Trailforks, Gaia GPS, MapMy). You'll set strategy and execute daily across major paid channels, partnering with ASO, Finance, Brand, and Product teams to drive **efficient, scalable subscription growth**.
