Red Oak

You'll own the AI and integration product roadmap across Red Oak's Compliance Connectivity Platform. You'll drive **AI-first delivery** while building **connective tissue** linking to CRM, CMS, and Data Lake systems. You'll partner daily with engineering, strategy, and GTM teams and work directly with clients.

You'll work closely with a geographically diverse engineering organization embedded within a core domain team. Beyond contributing code, you'll shape architectural direction through hands-on leadership and **pragmatic systems thinking**. Your initial focus will be learning existing architecture and domain models, then leading **architectural iteration and modernization** of the platform.

You'll contribute to a ground-up redesign of **Red Oak's enterprise SaaS platform**, shaping component architecture and UI standards. You'll build scalable full-stack applications with **AI/ML capabilities**, including LLMs and agentic workflows. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by delivering innovative products to a growing client base.

You'll own and evolve the systems, data, and processes that connect Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations at a company growing ~150% ARR. You'll build a CRM the team trusts and a forecasting model the Board relies on. This is a **builder role** where you'll engineer **AI-driven automations** across the GTM tech stack.
