You'll shape the product for Cortex's Engineering Operations Platform, defining requirements and driving product rollouts. Your work will **directly impact engineering team effectiveness** and help scale the Internal Developer Portal. This role offers **ownership of key initiatives** with leadership alignment.

You'll be the **glue between design and frontend engineering**, owning our design system from Figma through implementation. You will **raise the design bar** at Cortex and **ship UI-heavy features** across the product. Join a fully remote team building an AI-powered Internal Developer Portal used by Canva and Grammarly.

You'll design and maintain backend systems for a **developer tooling platform** that reduces **incidents by 30%**. You'll solve deeply technical challenges at a **Series C startup** backed by Sequoia.

You'll join Cortex to build a new category of **developer tooling** for engineering operations. You'll solve deeply technical problems, dive into **scalability issues**, and design core backend systems.
