You'll join StarTree as our first contract Staff TPM, building structure and driving operational excellence for a **real-time analytics cloud platform**. You'll own end-to-end program execution while leading cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Support systems. You'll lead a team of A+ engineers building highly scalable distributed systems and contributing to open-source Apache Pinot.
