You will build the next-generation analytics and optimization platform for AI agent experiences, prototyping with AI tools and owning the product from strategy to code.

As a Product Support Engineer at Conviva, you will serve as the crucial link between clients and Engineering/Product departments, providing expert technical support and ensuring client satisfaction. You will manage inquiries and escalations end-to-end, analyze product usage, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and automate workflows using scripting.

You will operate at the boundary between customer ambition and product reality, owning the POC-to-product loop. You'll translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured PRDs, drive execution under commercial time pressure, and protect product integrity while ensuring innovation strengthens the platform.

You will define and lead a new product category: analytics and optimization for AI agent experiences. You'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship quickly and learn constantly.

You will own the POC-to-product loop, translating ambiguous customer requirements into structured product decisions under commercial time pressure. You'll drive structured execution, apply analytics insight rigor, and safeguard against common failure modes in customer-driven innovation.

You'll be the **trusted IT face** for employees, owning the **day-to-day support experience** and ensuring everyone has the tools they need. You'll partner with HR on onboarding/offboarding, support A/V systems, and administer the SaaS stack. This role requires overlap with US Pacific hours.
