You'll provide **reliable IT support** to all Workleap team members, handling technical requests from access management to device administration. You'll lead the technical delivery of ShareGate's **ambitious new Backup feature**, a top customer request. You'll lead the infrastructure, security operations, and GRC functions to enable product teams to **move faster with confidence**. You'll join the AI Sales Enablement team rebuilding what Technical Sales means at ShareGate, moving from reactive deal support to a builder function that scales the technical capability of the entire sales team. You'll own the technical track of sales onboarding and enablement, **deliver demos** that become the internal standard, and **drive deals to close** as a technical co-closer.
