You'll work alongside founders to build the go-to-market motion for an API that turns unstructured enterprise data into structured, production-grade outputs. Your impact will be defining the ICP and sales process for a **YC-backed infrastructure startup** in regulated industries. You'll also run GTM experiments and help **scale the commercial foundation** of the company.

You'll shape the ML research direction and **translate research into production-ready document AI models** at a small, talent-dense startup. You'll own the end-to-end ML lifecycle from idea to deployment, directly **working with founders** to define engineering strategy. This role offers a **unique opportunity to set the technical ceiling** for the entire team.

You'll architect, build, and scale **core backend systems** powering document intelligence and VLM-based workflows. You'll own production infrastructure end-to-end as a **founding engineer** on a small, talent-dense team. You'll work directly with founders and researchers to turn prototypes into production-grade systems.
