You'll build and scale the global operations engine for QSIC's intelligent in-store audio platform, overseeing **hardware deployments**, **supply chain**, and **24/7 tech support**. You'll lead regional teams across Americas, APAC, and EMEA to ensure reliable, repeatable in-store installations for retailers from single stores to 100k+ locations. This role offers the chance to architect a function from the ground up in a **fast-growing Series B company**.

You'll **own the day-to-day finance function** at a Series B SaaS + hardware company, overseeing close, compliance, and controls while shaping financial systems and strategic decisions. You'll **lead a growing team across time zones** and drive AI-powered process improvements. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the CFO's operational right hand at an inflection point toward Series C.

You'll own the entire legal function at a fast-growing **Audio + AI company**, driving commercial contracts, corporate governance, IP, and international expansion. Your core impact will be building the legal playbook from scratch, working with major retailers like Dollar General and 7-Eleven. This role offers **high autonomy** and real breadth across four jurisdictions.

You'll **own L2 technical escalations** for thousands of in-store audio devices across major US retail chains, applying structured troubleshooting to resolve complex issues from Linux logs to network configurations. You'll **support new store rollouts** and maintain fleet health, ensuring reliable performance at scale. This role offers the chance to **deepen your diagnostic skills** across hardware, software, and networking in a fast-paced deployment environment.

You'll own **go-to-market strategy** for QSIC's retailer partners, lead **global market expansion** into LATAM and EMEA, and build the **retail media marketing function** from the ground up as the first dedicated hire in this space.

You'll be the on-site HR presence for US teams at **QSIC**, an Audio + AI company redefining in-store experiences. You'll own the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance, building **scalable people processes** in a fast-growing startup. This role is a chance to shape company culture as our **second People hire**.
