As Chief of Staff, you'll sit in meetings with the Managing Partner, build a first-principles understanding of the firm's network, portfolio, and institutional goals, and act on that understanding with speed, discretion, and sharp judgment. You'll multiply the Managing Partner's personal capacity across network intelligence, voice and content, cross-firm coordination, strategic preparation, and portfolio operations.
