You will be part of the team operating and maintaining Avantium's new FDCA flagship plant in Delfzijl, a first-of-its-kind facility critical to commercializing sustainable PEF polymer. You'll help ensure stable, optimal production, conduct startup and troubleshooting, and collaborate with operators and supervisors in a 5-shift system.

You will lead application development for Volta Technology's CO2-based PLGA polymer, collaborating with customers and R&D labs to scale and commercialize innovative sustainable materials for the packaging industry. Your work directly contributes to reducing plastic waste and advancing the bio-based economy.

You'll act as an HR advisor for Avantium's **Flagship Plant** in Delfzijl, supporting a 24/7 production team of 65 colleagues. Your core impact is advising on complex HR cases, driving employee engagement, and building a strong culture in a **start-up factory environment**. This part-time role (24 hrs/week) offers a unique opportunity to shape HR processes from the ground up.
