You'll own the growth experiment engine for a **fintech platform serving SMBs**. Your work will drive activation, retention, referrals, and channel expansion. This role offers **direct access to product and leadership** with real budgets to scale what works.

You'll own **top of funnel demand generation** and drive **awareness, pipeline, and brand energy** at a fast-growing fintech startup. This role rewards **speed, creativity, and accountability** working directly with the CEO.

You'll **architect, build, and scale core systems** for global payroll and money movement at a Y Combinator-backed fintech startup. You'll **own large product pieces**, ship fast, and shape engineering culture from day one.

You'll define and execute the partnership strategy at Thera, building a revenue-generating partner engine for a YC-backed payroll platform. Your core impact is sourcing, closing, and managing partnerships that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue, with the potential to grow a team.
