You'll lead a high-functioning MSL organization for REGENXBIO's neuromuscular/DMD program, collaborating with Medical Directors to develop field medical strategy. You'll recruit and mentor MSLs, oversee KOL engagement, and represent MA at congresses. This role demands **building a team from scratch** while driving **scientific leadership in rare disease**.

You'll support REGENXBIO's pre-commercial clinical trials and scientific collaborations for the Retina program. You'll establish **scientific relationships with KOLs** and gather insights to inform **Medical Affairs strategies**. This role offers the chance to work with **pioneering gene therapy** in a remote setting.

You'll support REGENXBIO's **Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy pre-commercial clinical trials** and **scientific collaborations with KOLs** in the Northeast. You'll gather scientific insights to inform innovative Medical Affairs strategies.

You'll support **clinical trial recruitment and scientific exchange** for REGENXBIO's Duchenne program, building relationships with **KOLs in the neuromuscular community**. Your insights will directly inform **Medical Affairs strategies** in a rare disease setting.

You'll lead the overall program strategy for a rare disease/gene therapy portfolio, shaping direction and driving execution across cross-functional teams. You'll anticipate opportunities and mitigate risks to achieve long-term program success, all within a highly visible leadership role at REGENXBIO.
