You'll own sales enablement strategy across Lattice's Revenue organization, **translating business priorities** into initiatives that improve pipeline conversion. You'll build software to help companies build cultures where employees thrive, working across a modern tech stack including TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
