You'll own Gaia's consumer funnel end-to-end, driving **conversion and revenue growth** for fertility care financing. You'll work with engineering, design, and operations to **improve the patient journey** from acquisition through treatment activation. This role offers high autonomy and direct influence on company strategy.

You'll own and build Gaia's employer fertility product end-to-end, defining strategy and shipping product in a zero-to-one role. You'll drive revenue impact and close feedback loops with customers, working closely with sales, engineering, and exec teams. This is a **GM role disguised as a PM role** at a **fast-moving, AI-native startup** backed by top-tier investors.

You'll build the technology infrastructure that makes fertility treatments accessible, working on the **Gaia Orchestrator** framework and **AI-native operations layer**. Your work directly impacts people's ability to start families, cutting costs and improving outcomes.
