ParadeDB

You'll develop and optimize the **ParadeDB PostgreSQL extension** using **pgrx** and **Rust**. You'll build features that interface with storage, indexing, and query execution to create a Postgres-native alternative to Elasticsearch. You'll also **contribute upstream to open-source systems** like Tantivy and DataFusion.

You'll design and build the **ParadeDB Cloud control plane** and implement **Kubernetes operators** for provisioning and scaling ParadeDB clusters. Your core impact is making Postgres-native search and analytics simple to operate at scale. This role offers ownership over a **greenfield cloud database platform** in a fast-growing startup.
