Epistemix

You will design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications to make modeling and simulation accessible to non-data scientists, directly impacting the number of organizations served. This role contributes to the product roadmap and company growth by crafting clean, testable code for AI-generated agent-based models and building scalable system architecture.

You'll design, develop, and maintain back-end systems for a **simulation platform** that helps leaders make strategic decisions in public health and life sciences. You'll **own the full software lifecycle** and define the technical direction for **highly scalable microservices architectures**. This role offers the chance to work on **meaningful real-world problems** with a fully remote, collaborative team.

You'll lead **post-sales deployment and integration** of the Epistemix platform into diverse client environments, acting as **the critical technical expert** between our product architecture and varied tech landscapes. Your work directly enables **immediate value realization** for clients across public health, life sciences, and enterprise strategy.

You'll use data science to improve the Epistemix synthetic population, a statistically representative model of real people and their environment. Your work will make the population more useful and accessible to customers, driving adoption and trust in our platform. You'll contribute to profitable growth by enabling new use cases and expanding geographic coverage.

You'll support customers using the Epistemix simulation platform to deliver data integration, models, and recommendations for healthcare decisions. You'll work with customer teams to understand goals and ensure **high-impact use** of our software. This role drives customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by accelerating time to insights.

You'll serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team, ensuring priorities translate into disciplined execution. You'll maintain work management platforms, operational playbooks, and financial/IT systems. This role puts you at the center of **building the operational backbone** of a Series B company **simulating population dynamics** for high-stakes decisions.
