You'll serve as the **technical expert** on enterprise account teams, leading discovery and designing solutions for **Stack Overflow's SaaS products**. Your core impact is bridging customer problems to measurable outcomes through demos and technical depth. This role offers **direct collaboration** with AEs, CXS, and Professional Services across the full customer lifecycle.

You'll own the end-to-end **product development lifecycle** at **Stack Overflow**, driving operational excellence across Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Your work will directly impact financial outcomes by building the systems that accelerate AI-native engineering transformation.

You'll be the hands-on technical expert ensuring Stack Overflow's Professional Services engagements are executed with precision. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, configure, and optimize **Stack Internal** and its integrations, while shaping delivery playbooks and mentoring future engineers.

You'll join a remote-first team to **support engineering and customers** by reducing risk and building our SecOps program. Your core impact includes conducting **security architecture reviews** and contributing to **ISO 27001/27701 audits**.
