You'll convert inbound leads into opportunities for the inside sales team at Automox, a cloud-native endpoint management platform. You'll drive growth by building relationships and mastering sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach.

You'll own customer support cases for Automox's **cloud-native endpoint management platform**, helping IT admins troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Your core impact is diagnosing device enrollment, agent communication, and patch deployment problems. This role offers **hands-on growth in endpoint management and enterprise SaaS support** with a collaborative team.

You'll **manage the macOS and Windows fleet** with Jamf and Intune, enforce CIS controls, and **automate endpoint actions** using Automox Worklets. You'll also **govern identity and SaaS access** across Google Workspace, Atlassian, and GitHub, and design workflow automations to reduce repetitive IT work. This role offers a chance to be a daily power user of the company's own product and provide direct feedback to Product and Engineering.

You'll join the core **Agent Team** to design and optimize the cross-platform Automox agent (Windows, macOS, Linux) for low resource consumption and high reliability. You'll tackle system-level challenges like native OS process management and secure execution environments. Your work will directly impact millions of endpoints worldwide.

You'll manage **end-to-end accounts receivable** for a **cloud-native IT platform**, ensuring accurate invoicing and efficient collections. Your impact drives cash flow and financial health in a remote-first environment. This role offers cross-functional collaboration and the chance to leverage AI automation.

You'll lead **security and IT operations** at Automox, managing both teams and reporting to the CTO. You'll own GRC, ProdSec, and CorpSec while setting the IT strategy for endpoints, identity, and SaaS. This role stands out for its dual impact on security posture and operational excellence.
