You'll operate at the intersection of **law, technology, and business development**, interfacing with prospective clients as Norm Ai's legal and product expert. Your core impact is demonstrating how **AI is changing the practice of law** and building relationships with the largest institutions. This role stands out for its blend of legal expertise and client-facing tech innovation.

You'll architect and implement **AI-driven compliance solutions** for enterprise clients, embedding with their teams to build custom integrations. You'll drive **scalable ETL pipelines** and **client-specific customizations** that deliver substantial value.

You'll own the narrative for Norm Ai's platform applied to legal & compliance workflows, working with Engineering and Product to translate technical capabilities into frameworks. You'll partner with GTM teams to package bespoke, high-value solutions for Fortune 500 clients, driving **platform messaging and go-to-market execution** for **AI-powered enterprise software**.

You'll design and lead the legal, ethical, and data compliance program for a leading Legal & Compliance AI company. You'll **oversee regulatory compliance** across the company and its affiliated law firm, translating obligations into policies and governance. This role partners closely with the Security and Legal teams to **protect client and privileged information**.

You'll own and mature Norm Ai's **security compliance programs** across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other frameworks, serving as the CSO's operational right hand. You'll drive cross-functional security initiatives, manage audits, risk, and vendor assessments, and bring structure to a fast-paced startup environment. This role blends GRC and program management in a high-growth AI company.
