Monte Carlo

You'll join the team rebuilding support with **AI tooling** and **engineering rigor**, owning issues end-to-end from reproduction to fix. You'll **diagnose complex data stack issues** in production and shape how the support function operates.

You'll own **customer onboarding and deployment** on Monte Carlo, a platform for data and agent observability. Your core mission is driving **customer consumption and adoption** beyond technical go-live. You'll shape the playbook as an early FDE hire.

You'll define Monte Carlo's **AI observability category narrative** at a moment enterprises are deciding who leads AI reliability. You'll craft positioning that lands with technical practitioners and executive buyers, and build GTM plans for new product releases. This is a high-leverage role where you own the story end-to-end.

You'll **prototype integrations and connectors** based on real customer requests, working with **Python, SQL, and REST APIs** in live environments. Your work directly shapes the core product roadmap by feeding customer insights back to Engineering.
