You'll own end-to-end IT operations at 1upHealth, transforming our IT infrastructure with a **high-ownership mindset** and **security-first philosophy**. This hybrid role (1-2 days/week in Boston) lets you build processes that prevent issues before they arise while supporting a collaborative team.

You'll own the **strategy and roadmap** for our data & analytics platform at **1upHealth**, turning complex healthcare data into actionable insights. Your work will empower payers and providers to **improve care quality** through scalable, compliant solutions.

You'll lead **large, ambiguous projects** from design through delivery on a **cloud-native healthcare data platform**. You'll make significant technical contributions, architect scalable systems, and shape the technical direction of the team. This role offers the chance to work with modern tooling and have a real impact on healthcare interoperability.
