You'll serve as the **technical subject matter expert** for blade integrity and reliability across the operating wind fleet, accountable for **blade health programs** and **root cause investigations** to maximize turbine availability and long-term asset value. This operations-focused role applies composite materials expertise within operating wind farms.

You'll lead **EPC contracting** for utility-scale wind, solar, BESS, gas, and data center projects, managing the full lifecycle from RFP to contract execution. Your work directly enables **cost-competitive, schedule-certain project delivery**. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Engineering, Construction, and Legal in a fast-paced clean energy environment.

You'll support the **negotiation and closing of complex land agreements** for energy and data center projects. You'll manage land data, budgets, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers **fully flexible remote work** with periodic in-person team gatherings.
