You'll drive technical discovery and deliver demos for the **Akuity Platform** built by the **creators of Argo**. Your core impact is helping enterprises adopt GitOps at scale through hands-on support and contributions to open-source projects like **Argo CD**.

You'll own the day-to-day operational rhythm of our engineering organization, ensuring cycles are planned and tracked, engineers are unblocked, and nothing gets dropped. Your core impact is keeping the team moving without micromanaging. This role has a natural growth path into broader operational ownership as you build trust.

You'll deliver **outstanding support** to open-source and enterprise customers, troubleshooting issues and helping build scalable processes. You'll develop deep expertise in **GitOps, Kubernetes, and the Argo ecosystem**. This role offers the chance to work directly with the co-creators of Argo in a rapidly growing company.

You'll own demand generation strategy for a **developer-first product** in the **Kubernetes/GitOps space**. You'll drive pipeline and revenue growth while respecting how developers discover and adopt tools. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on how developers find and trust the platform.

You'll own the health, growth, and engagement of the **Argo CD** and **Kargo** communities at **Akuity**, working directly with the founders and maintainers. You'll drive our presence at key Kubernetes and CNCF events and build programs that turn users into contributors. This role offers real autonomy and high visibility across the CNCF community.

You'll work directly with prospects and customers to understand technical challenges and demonstrate how our **GitOps platform** addresses their needs. You'll develop trusted relationships by actively listening and guiding customers through the evaluation process. This role partners closely with **Sales, Product, and Engineering** to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You'll build and improve Akuity's **SaaS platform** for the developer community. You will mentor team members, contribute to product development, and shape the company culture. This role impacts **developer tools** globally and involves **cross-functional collaboration**.

You'll deliver outstanding support to open-source users and enterprise customers of **Akuity's platform** and **Argo ecosystem**. You'll troubleshoot issues, improve documentation, and build scalable support processes. This role offers deep expertise in **GitOps and Kubernetes**.

You'll own **full-cycle recruiting** at a fast-growing **Kubernetes startup** and build the talent acquisition function from the ground up. Your core impact will be shaping a exceptional team across engineering and go-to-market roles.
