You'll build and lead the implementations team to drive seamless onboarding for financial institutions using Casap's AI-powered dispute automation platform. Your core impact will be scaling implementation strategy and processes to ensure predictable time-to-value. You'll lead **content strategy** for a **Series A fintech startup** automating bank dispute resolution. You'll drive narratives that educate financial institution leaders about AI-powered products. This role offers **high ownership** in a fast-paced, well-funded environment.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers from post-sale through go-live, acting as the face of Casap during onboarding. You will lead technical kickoff calls, translate client requirements into technical specs, and coordinate with client-side teams to drive integrations forward. Your role involves partnering closely with internal engineering and product teams to scope work and keep implementations on track while representing Casap with professionalism when working with financial institutions.

You'll serve as the **CEO's right hand**, owning strategic planning and special projects during hyper-growth. You'll turn big ideas into **structured workstreams** and remove blockers for the leadership team. This role is based in **San Francisco** while the CEO is in NY.

You'll develop reliable backend systems for a Series A fintech automating bank disputes. Your work will **scale microservices architectures** and **integrate with credit card and banking platforms**. You'll own end-to-end feature delivery **using Go or Java**.

You'll develop ML models to automate bank dispute and chargeback evaluations at Casap, a Series A startup backed by top venture firms. You'll build and manage model orchestration systems, collaborating with stakeholders to integrate partner data and enhance user experience. You'll partner with a Senior Account Executive to craft strategic outreach to large banks, credit unions, and fintechs. You'll **build relationships with executive prospects** over 6-12 months and **travel to events** to generate pipeline.
