Casap

You will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers from post-sale through go-live, acting as the face of Casap during onboarding. You will lead technical kickoff calls, translate client requirements into technical specs, and coordinate with client-side teams to drive integrations forward. Your role involves partnering closely with internal engineering and product teams to scope work and keep implementations on track while representing Casap with professionalism when working with financial institutions.
