You'll design and build core product functionality across the stack for an **AI referral automation platform** serving primary care clinics. Your work will **directly improve patient care** by streamlining complex healthcare workflows. You'll own projects from concept to deployment, working closely with founders and customers.

You'll **own daily operations** across referral workflows and **triage issues** across EMRs, insurance portals, and internal tooling. Working directly with founders, you'll **turn operational friction** into product improvements. This role sits at the intersection of operations, product, and customer success.
