You'll create Striim's training and enablement content, turning raw material into **shippable courses and modules**. Collaborating with the Director, you'll develop curriculum and assets for internal teams and **Striim Academy**. This role drives enablement across all GTM motions.

You will partner with enterprise clients across the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales discovery and solution architecture through post-sales adoption and retention—as a principal-level technical leader and customer advocate. Your role involves architecting and delivering complex real-time data solutions, building prototypes and production-grade systems, and serving as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap.

You will engage with customers throughout the lifecycle of the Striim Platform, partnering with Technical Account Managers to guide implementation from onboarding to production. This hands-on, customer-facing role focuses on driving operational excellence and enabling mission-critical innovation.

You will drive end-to-end execution of partner programs and co-sell initiatives across Google Cloud, Microsoft, Snowflake, and AWS, serving as the main liaison between sales teams and hyperscaler partners. This is a hands-on role requiring up to 50% travel, primarily to EMEA markets, to plan events, maintain CRM hygiene, and ensure alignment across teams and geographies.

You'll join an elite strike force that performs **surgical interventions** on critical customer deployments, diagnosing and fixing bottlenecks in real-time data integration. Your core impact is ensuring data flows seamlessly for high-stakes enterprise go-lives. This role stands out for its **direct action bias** and focus on **high-concurrency, low-latency systems**.

You'll join Striim's elite Ghost Ops strike force, performing **surgical interventions** on the front lines of real-time data integration. You'll dive deep into **mid-tier codebases** to diagnose and repair bottlenecks stalling critical customer deployments. This is a high-visibility role on a team that directly impacts multi-million dollar deals.

You'll **build and operate Striim's end-to-end training and enablement engine**, including new-hire bootcamp, Challenger certification, and internal/external Striim Academy. You'll own the **learning tech stack (WorkRamp, Gong AI, Reprise)** and drive revenue through sales methodology and partner co-sell enablement.

You'll lead and scale the **Technical Account Management (TAM) organization** and build a **new Tiger Team** to resolve critical customer escalations. This executive role drives retention, expansion, and operational excellence for a high-growth streaming data platform. You'll partner cross-functionally to shape customer strategy and directly impact revenue growth.
