You'll own the end-to-end growth motion for the **SMB segment**, driving high-velocity customer acquisition through performance marketing and AI-powered workflows. You'll build and scale a **self-serve growth engine** spanning paid channels, content systems, and conversion optimization. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives on **measurable outcomes** and rapid experimentation.

You'll design and scale APIs and systems powering Foley's partner ecosystem, building reliable, secure, and scalable integrations. Your work will **evolve our platform and infrastructure** and **improve engineering practices** across the team.

You'll operate as a forward-deployed builder, embedded with business teams to identify high-leverage problems and **ship real solutions**. You'll design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems end-to-end, owning your work from concept through production. This is a hands-on role to **improve how we operate**, make decisions, and deliver value.

You'll lead the design and evolution of our enterprise data architecture, building scalable data pipelines and setting standards for data modeling and governance. Your work will enable better decision-making across Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams. You'll operate as a technical leader, influencing how teams think about **data systems** and **scalable solutions**.
