You'll **design user-facing products** and **backend systems** for a fintech startup leveling the rental playing field. You'll directly impact **scaling the platform** from Seed to Series A, working closely with co-founders.

You'll own the end-to-end applicant experience for **property management partners**, managing the full applicant lifecycle from document review to final decisions. You'll build and document the operational playbook from scratch. You'll collaborate with product and engineering to **scale tooling and automation** based on real operational learnings.
