You'll join a **purpose-driven sales team** at Shopmonkey to help auto shops maximize the benefit of embedded payments. Your core impact will be **identifying underutilized payment opportunities** and driving growth through consultative outreach. You will lead a dedicated squad in building fintech solutions for auto shops, defining product strategy, driving execution, and being the voice of the customer. Your work will impact thousands of businesses across North America.

You will source and identify qualified sales opportunities through targeted outbound/inbound efforts, schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives, and maintain expert knowledge of the Shopmonkey product and the automotive services industry. This hybrid role requires 2 days/week in the Marin County, CA office.

You will serve as the main point of contact during a customer's onboarding journey for Shopmonkey's built-in marketing tools, working closely with Sales, Implementation, and Success teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. You will provide top-tier customer service focused on understanding automotive repair shop marketing needs and how Shopmonkey's features drive growth.
