You'll own the merchant experience for Truemed's HSA/FSA payment infrastructure, from **developer onboarding** to **ongoing payment operations**. Your work directly drives how merchants integrate and stay live, impacting revenue reconciliation and platform growth. This role combines technical depth with customer empathy in a high-growth startup environment.

You'll own end-to-end product design across **consumer checkout**, **merchant platforms**, and **internal tools**. You'll partner with PMs and engineers to ship features that drive conversion and trust. Your workflow starts in an LLM and moves through AI prototyping tools before landing in Figma.

You'll partner with enterprise merchants to **integrate HSA/FSA eligibility** into their commerce stack, driving measurable growth. You'll serve as a technical point of contact for **implementation and post-launch support**. This role blends 60% business acumen and 40% technical expertise.

You'll sit at the intersection of data and decision-making, turning raw inputs into reporting and analysis that keeps the business moving. You'll build dashboards and drive KPI clarity for GTM and Operations teams. This role combines **technical depth** with **judgment and communication skills** to empower teams.

You'll own Truemed's affiliate program end-to-end, turning organic demand into a structured revenue driver. You'll consolidate platforms, refine economics, and deliver clear reporting. This role directly impacts **revenue diversification** and strengthens **merchant relationships**.
