Turbopuffer

You'll be the first conversation our future customers have with us, finding the right people and starting human conversations. Your core impact is booking meetings that move deals forward. You'll design and run outbound experiments to **expand the funnel** and track **what's working**.

You'll **run point on the CTO's operations** at a fast-scaling startup, managing **calendar, travel, and inbox at high volume**. You'll also **evolve onboarding and plan events** to keep our NYC hub running smoothly.

You'll own design across **product, web, blog, and marketing** at an infrastructure company that blends hardcore craft with whimsical brand. Your work will make turbopuffer unmistakable everywhere it shows up.

You'll be a technical champion for customers, building **demos and POCs**, owning the technical relationship end-to-end, and working closely with engineering to drive the product roadmap. You'll solve real problems and make customers successful.

You'll design and implement improvements across **search engine layers** like storage, indexing, and querying. You'll perform **intensive performance hacking** with tracing, profiling, and SIMD. Work closely with customers to win their workloads and fold learnings back into the product.

You'll own our strategy and presence at conferences, dinners, and meetups. Your job is to **create memorable events** for our community and **run event logistics end-to-end**. Collaborate closely with our close-knit growth team to build quantitative and qualitative goals.

You'll design and ship end-to-end improvements to the **developer experience** at Turbopuffer, from the UX (dashboard, docs, SDKs) to the core database. You'll help customers understand and optimize their workloads while writing crisp docs. This role blends product thinking, design, and hands-on engineering.

You'll help customers succeed by debugging issues and optimizing queries. Your work will own customer outcomes and build trust during critical moments. You'll be a part of the customers' team and make complex systems easy to react to.
