You'll support the daily operation of Retro's in-house GMP manufacturing facility across two cell therapy programs. Your core impact will keep the cleanroom stocked, staged, and running, and serve as a second pair of hands on the manufacturing floor during production runs. You'll build and run **Retro's first in-house histology capability**, supporting multiple scientific programs. You'll lead analytical development and product quality strategy for a small molecule in Phase I at a biotech focused on extending healthy lifespan. You'll own end-to-end product quality across CMC, manufacturing, and QC, working with **CDMO and CRO partners**. You'll **assemble and maintain custom bioreactor systems** for automated cell culture at a biotech focused on aging biology. You'll own **pre-experiment setup readiness** and troubleshoot hardware issues. This role offers hands-on experience in a **mission-driven startup culture**.

You'll build genomics platforms that drive the discovery of **therapies that rejuvenate cells and tissues**. You'll own sequencing workflows end-to-end, **collaborating with automation and computational scientists** to scale what you build and **generate data for frontier models**.

You'll **develop cell manufacturing processes** for **iPSC-derived microglia therapies** at a biotech targeting aging. Your work will help **ramp toward GMP readiness** and produce therapies that aim to add 10 years to healthy human lifespan.

You'll own day-to-day **Quality Operations** across Retro’s programs, ensuring the **Quality Management System** functions effectively. You'll support compliant clinical manufacturing, batch release, and regulatory inspections while working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
