InDebted

You'll own the full economic performance, compliance posture, and scalability of InDebted's collections operations in the UAE. This is a **builder-operator role** focused on turning delinquency into predictable cash outcomes through **data-driven decisioning** and strict compliance in a regulated market. You'll design and run the UAE collections engine end-to-end.

You'll lead and scale InDebted's presence in the UAE as the senior-most market leader, owning the **P&L** and driving enterprise growth across banks, telcos, utilities, and BNPLs. You'll establish the company as the region's benchmark for **compliant, digital-first collections** through a relationship-driven entry model. This role offers **significant autonomy** to shape strategy and build a high-performing team.

You'll modernize and extend InDebted's technology stack in New Zealand, taking **technical ownership** of key systems and driving **platform integrations**. You'll bridge local systems with global products, embed modern engineering practices, and collaborate with both local business leaders and global engineering teams.
