You will modernize insurance workflows, integrate AI into core systems, and build scalable platforms, all while leveraging AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and maintain high quality.

You will drive premium growth for Counterpart's Lawyers Professional Liability (LPL) products by performing risk analysis, underwriting accounts, and building broker relationships. Collaborating with engineering, design, data, and operations teams, you'll help shape the LPL digital workflow and establish Counterpart as a leading market.

You'll lead **Counterpart's flat-by-design engineering organization** as the **first AI-native insurance company**, owning the technical vision and scaling impact through better infrastructure and AI agents. This role combines deep technical leadership with board-level strategy to redefine how software is built in an AI-native world.

As a Claims Manager, you will manage a diverse caseload of professional liability claims, investigating, evaluating, and resolving them to reinforce our brand and values. Your expertise will support the advancement of our systems and processes through feedback and collaboration, helping shape data-driven claims management.

You'll manage **claims investigations** and **litigation** for management liability lines, providing critical feedback to shape **Counterpart's AI-driven claims platform**. You'll collaborate with Claims leadership, Data and Engineering teams, and carrier partners to drive cost-effective resolutions and improve processes.
