You'll define what comes next for an **agentic platform** in healthcare. You'll turn ambitious AI strategy into **production systems** that multiply output across squads and set ethical standards for working with patient data.

You'll define Artera's reference architecture for AI agents in healthcare, establishing design patterns for multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop workflows. Your core impact will be enabling multiple teams to build customer-specific agent workflows with speed and confidence. This role reports directly to the CTO as the technical authority across engineering.

You'll lead a squad of AI-first builders to **deliver customized solutions** for healthcare customers, owning the full customer lifecycle and **driving business outcomes**. You'll maintain a **hands-on building practice** while mentoring teammates and ensuring operational excellence.

You'll serve as a key technical advisor for Artera's **AI-powered patient engagement platform**, collaborating with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams. You'll translate technical capabilities into operational value, solve complex integration challenges, and drive adoption in healthcare organizations. This role offers the chance to impact **100 million patients** and work with a recognized industry leader.

You'll own Artera's strategic vendor and integration partner relationships, transforming them into priorities for Artera. You'll report to the Chief Product & Strategy Officer and work cross-functionally to drive **partner ecosystem value** and **scalable operations**. This is a high-impact role that bridges technical and business domains.

You'll join Artera, a SaaS leader in digital health, to **threat-model agentic and LLM-powered features** and build secure SDLC tooling. You'll translate policy into code, building guardrails for agent identity and prompt/output filtering. This is a frontier role where AI security is still being defined — you'll ship the secure path with our AI Builders.

You'll drive **full-cycle technical recruiting** for AI and engineering roles while serving as the **anchor of our Seattle office**. You'll shape local employee experience and build a meaningful presence as we launch our next physical hub. This role combines recruiting and people operations for someone who wants to own both.
