You'll act as the commercial pit boss for **Dicey**, a crypto casino and sportsbook platform targeting the $180B+ iGaming market. Your core impact is protecting margins by **neutralizing sharp play and exploitative activity** in real-time across both Casino and Sportsbook. As a founding member, you'll build risk frameworks from the ground up.

You'll own the full VIP lifecycle from **identifying and onboarding high-value players** to maximizing their long-term value through world-class experiences. You'll drive retention and growth through **personalized relationship management** and data-driven strategies.

You'll be the **lead designer for our sports betting platform**, shaping design strategy and mentoring a talented team. Your core impact will be translating **crypto-native concepts** into intuitive, engaging user experiences.
