You’ll own the Builder experience for a cohort in our AI-native program, combining coaching, operations, and AI systems-building. Your work will directly enable high-potential adults from low-income backgrounds to **unlock pathways into high-paying careers**. This role sits at the intersection of impact and innovation, where you'll **prototype AI-powered solutions** to scale workforce development.

You'll lead **enrollment growth** and **community partnerships** for Pursuit, a social impact organization building economic mobility through AI training. Your work will directly expand access to life-changing programs for underserved adults. This role blends strategy and execution in a mission-driven environment.

You'll own and grow relationships with companies to create career opportunities for Pursuit Fellows and Alumni. You'll drive hiring outcomes, revenue opportunities, and partner engagement. This role combines **relationship management**, **business development**, and **operational excellence**.

You'll support the Development and Employer Services team in driving **fundraising** and **employer partnership** efforts for a social impact organization. Your work will help manage a $150M+ pipeline and engage hundreds of external stakeholders annually.

You'll own full-cycle sales for **employer partnerships** at a social impact organization, driving **job placements** for adults entering tech careers. Your work directly expands economic mobility at scale.

You'll **build and lead the individual donor program** at Pursuit, a workforce development nonprofit, during a multi-year campaign with a $45M goal. Your core impact is carrying a portfolio of high-net-worth donors and closing 5- to 7-figure gifts. You'll also **establish the mid-level giving program** from scratch.
