You'll be a founding engineer transforming research into user-facing products and developer experiences. You'll work across the full stack to make **LLM agent research** usable and impactful, building **developer tools and libraries** that scale. Collaborating with research scientists and engineers, you'll ship the next generation of **AI-powered products**.

You'll explore novel research directions in **LLM reasoning**, **multi-agent coordination**, and **evaluation methodologies**, working toward publications at top-tier AI venues.

You'll design and build internal systems for **research experiments** and **product deployments** at NeoCognition. Your work will create the tooling and infrastructure that enable rapid iteration and confident scaling across the team.
