You'll shape the voice of **Heat Geek** across Reddit, Facebook, and email, driving growth as part of a **new Growth team**. This 360-degree role blends hands-on community management with strategic marketing impact.

You'll join a mission-driven team tackling one of the UK's biggest carbon contributors: home heating. As a **Senior Fullstack Developer**, you'll own meaningful product areas end-to-end, shipping software that actually runs and helps users. You'll work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure to balance technical quality with commercial pragmatism **in Europe's biggest climate tech hub**.

You'll be the connective tissue between customers, engineers, and the business at **Heat Geek**, tackling one of the UK's biggest carbon contributors. You'll shape real problems into clear requirements and see them through to shipping, helping **make low carbon heating mainstream**.

You'll be the operational backbone of Heat Geek Netherlands, **building processes that let us scale** and bridging the gap between the Netherlands and the UK. Your mission is to **own real pieces of the business** from day one, working alongside the country lead to make an immediate impact on the energy transition.
